John Panrucker
John comes with an extensive Marketing, Development and Sales background from BC Tel. His experience in negotiating on behalf of BC Tel has provided much needed expertise in negotiating Real Estate transactions with developers and investors. He has focused his activities on residential properties with particular emphasis on land development in and around Greater Vancouver.
