Very knowledgeable ,patient and not pushy

It took My agent, Shawn, less than 60 days to find a buyer for our home. Something that impressed me was that he started calling his past clients and introduced our house to them, and we ended up selling our home to one his clients. I have sold and bought many times in my life, and worked with different Realtors, but this guy was amazing. His advertising method was totally different from other agents that we talked to before deciding to go with him. It took us almost 7 weeks before we could find the right home and knowing my wife, I thought he was gonna drop us because she was looking for a specific properties that nobody builds anymore. Anyway i am totally happy with his services and refer him to all my friends and family. I like the referral fee too. LOL
